Congrats! So, when are you going to tell us all about P90X? I have SO many friends doing it, and I really have no idea what the program is like, besides the muscle confusion theory. Aren't you supposed to be relatively fit to begin a program like this? How is it structured? Girl needs to know MORE! :P
