I Struggle, but Press On!

Not drinking pop is so hard! I am now at 51 hours without any soda, yes, I am counting people. It's that bad. It's pushing me. Thanks to those who have committed to one change for the week. If you still want to, there's always time!


  1. KEEP IT UP, MANDY!! You've got lots of willpower, that's for sure! I didn't commit to a change this week, but I did decide tonight to start. I'm going to NOT have an after dinner snack for a WHOLE WEEK! Now this is big for me, I usually snack on something while I watch a little TV every evening. We'll see how it goes! :)

  2. I'll support you Sherry! My best advice when you want an evening snack is to tell yourself you "just need to go do ___ first", distract yourself, chew a piece of gum. Eventually, the evening will be over, and you will succeed! Good luck.

  3. Hows it going by now? I haven't eaten out in 4 days!! Woo Hoo, it hasn't made much of a difference until today. I have tons of energy this morning. We were eating out every other night and saying that is being generous... It was more like eat at home eat out 2 or 3 times eat at home again. I haven't lost any weight but I feel tons better. Looking forward to that soda up date and how its making you feel. Have you tried my tip? Anything is worth a try right? Soda water is only like 1.00 for a 6 pack! Love you!
