Often times we are too hard on ourselves. We don't give credit where credit is due. So what have you done this past week that makes you proud of yourself? Tell us so we can pat you on the back!
I will start out by saying on Saturday I did my own mini-triathlon! I ran 2 miles, did a 45 minute spin class, then swam a 500. I love watching my fitness levels continue to change.
For the second week in a row, I made to the gym almost every day! (I haven't been a regular gym attendee for years!) I started using the daycare at the YMCA my kids are freaking out since they are not used to being left behind. This has made it even more difficult to make myself go - but 2 weeks down, and each day gets a little better with the kids. Yay! It's no triathlon, but a feat in itself!
Kylie- getting to the gym is the biggest feat there is! Great job, I love using the gym for some "me time", and eventually your kiddos will think it's a great reward! Keep it up girl, and congratulations!
